This was a 2010 project funded by a grant from the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW.
This brochure summarises the research report which studied variation of care orders in the Sydney Children’s Court in NSW. The study examined Children’s Court files of completed section 90 applications in three Sydney Children’s Courts and identified the nature and outcomes of the applications and characteristics of the applicants.
