Variation of care orders in NSW Children’s Court

This was a 2009 project funded by a grant from the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW.

This report presents findings of a study of variation of care orders in the Sydney Children’s Court in NSW. The study examined Children’s Court files of completed section 90 applications in three Sydney Children’s Courts and identified the nature and outcomes of the applications and characteristics of the applicants.
