Tales of the unexpected & refugee status decision-making: Managing and understanding psychological issues among refugee applicants

A report detailing findings of a study which analysed various aspects of the application and determination process of a number of refugee status applications.  In particular, the study focused on  the context in which applicants’ presentation as credible witnesses can be impaired by virtue of their mentall health, in a context where credibility is central to decision-making.
