This series of factsheets give an overview of residents’ rights and responsibilities under NSW law and provide guidance on how to deal with some of the common issues that arise in residential parks. There are three factsheet categories: homeowners, renters, and local government regulations. Written in plain English, these factsheets are easy to understand and are each roughly two pages long.
