This was a 2009 project funded by a grant from the Law and Justice Foundation of NSW.
This report has been developed to identify the characteristics of those most likely to experience ‘legal need’ and the areas or communities most likely to have a disproportionate level of these characteristics. The purpose of the report is to develop a model strategic planning process and strategic planning tool that can assist community legal centres to better meet legal needs within their communities.
