The Law and Justice Foundation provided a small grant to disability advocate Jim Simpson to examine the issue of ADR and people with disabilities. Jim explores the role of alternative dispute resolution of disputes involving a person with a disability. His consultation with individuals and agencies supports his reveals the importance of safeguarding the interests of people with disabilities in ADR and how to decide whether ADR is appropriate in a particular case.
