This report describes a two part project, which first undertook a survey of same sex people about their knowledge and experience of, and attitudes towards, end of life planning. The second part of the project developed a plain language guide for this community on end of life planning. The report makes a number of recommendations for education in this area, both for community members and for legal and health service providers.
