Legal Capability Matters: New PULS insights to improve access to justice
How can addressing legal capability – people’s skills, confidence and attitude towards law – positively transform access to justice in NSW?
On 8 November 2024, we held a special seminar exploring key findings from the latest two volumes of the Victoria Law Foundation’s groundbreaking Public Understanding of Law Survey (PULS) to show how legal capability is key to improving access to justice outcomes for communities across NSW, including examples from current good practice models.
The seminar included presentations from PULS research leads, and a panel discussion:
