The Foundation provided a grant to Macarthur Legal Centre to produce the third edition of Debtors’ Guide to Local Courts in NSW. This 3rd edition is an invaluable resource for debtors, financial advisors and legal practitioners and provides up-to-date information about options available to people experiencing debt problems in NSW. This book sets practical guidelines on negotiating with creditors as well dealing with the local court system and includes sample letters and forms.
