Third edition 2004
The Foundation provided a grant to the Women’s Legal Service NSW in order to produce a third edition of this guide which sets out recent changes to the law as well as providing sample drafts of relevant letters. This practical guide provides information about how to deal with subpoenas issued against anyone who has counselled a woman or child who has been sexually assaulted or has been the subject of abuse.
