The Cooperative Legal Service Delivery (CLSD) Program, managed by Legal Aid NSW, is a regionally-based approach to legal service delivery in New South Wales. It aims to improve outcomes for economically and socially disadvantaged people by building cooperative and strategic networks of key legal services and community organisations.
Since 2009, the Foundation has regularly produced ‘data packs’ for the CLSD unit at Legal Aid NSW, providing data for specific priority community groups at regional and local level. The Foundation’s CLSD data packs assist with facilitating the planning and enhanced service coordination in each of the CLSD regions.
Each CLSD data pack provides:
- a snapshot of the region with statistics by LGA and maps by postcode, including population data, SEIFA, and more.
- the Foundation’s Need for Legal Assistance Services (NLAS) indicators
