This consultation report focuses on the recognition of same-sex relationships under federal law. This document analyses the results of the community consultations held in 2006. It provides an understanding of the values the target group place on legal recognition, their views on what models of relationship recognition should be available, and their wishes for how their relationships should be recognised under federal law.
